PURPOSE

To provide guidance to the Board of Directors on financial and risk-related topics. The Committee will meet monthly while it is reviewing entity structure, governing documents, and tax returns. Once this work is complete, monthly meetings will likely change to quarterly meetings. The Committee is advisory in nature and all decisions are made by the Board of Directors.
